With truth, I view truth as being completely honest and direct with my clients. This also includes complete transparency as I walk them through the entire writing and publishing process including timelines.
When I was introduced to both the chamber and Rotary, I was introduced as an 11-time bestselling author. It immediately got the attention of those in the room and I had multiple people approach me to ask about my business, as well as how I could help them write a book. As I mentioned earlier, the root word of authority is author and gives you both instant credibility and a warm introduction to people you want to meet.
My response to every person who approached me was that everyone has a book in them and you don’t even need to write your book. That’s right! I told perspective clients they don’t even have to write their own book. Instead, they could speak out their book by using several different software programs.
